Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats


‣ 1 small bowl of whole grain oats

‣ 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

‣ 1 & 1/2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds

‣ 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon

‣ Coconut milk or any other plant base milk of your choice

1) In a pyrex tray, add oats, sesame, flaxseeds, cinnamon

2) Mix well all dry ingredients

3) Add coconut milk as much as needed to cover the top of the oat mixture

4) Place in the fridge and let it soak overnight or at least for 8 hours

5) Enjoy in a porridge or in smoothies as a source of nutrients
