Blueberry Porridge
This sumptuous version of simple porridge will be sure to give your body an amazing nutrient boost ready for any day ahead. It’s not only a delicious breakfast, it colourful and all the family will love it.
Ingredients:
‣ 1/2 of overnight oats
‣ 1 & 1/4 cup
‣ 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
‣ 1/2 to ripe banana
‣ 1 cup of frozen blueberries
Method:
1) In a pan heat the overnight oats with coconut milk on medium heat
2) Add cinnamon
3) Slice & add banana
4) Raise temperature and add berries
5) Stir all together and lower heat
6) Adjust according to your preference of texture and consistency
